Hello everyone,I am new to the world of 3D printers and I just bought a Two Trees Sapphire-S printer but can\’t seem to be able to load files to print. Everything appears to work normally (mechanically) but the printer does not recognize STL files and the files do not show on the display. I am able to see other folders and files that are on the flash drive except those that I want to print. Can anyone tell me what\’s going on here?Thanks!
