3Dom USA 3D printer filament is manufactured to the highest standards, right here in the USA.
Wound UpTM is a coffee filled 3D printing filament made using waste byproducts from coffee. Wound UpTM uses those coffee left-overs to create a special 3D printing material with visibly unique print finishes. The filament produces products with a rich brown color and a noticeable natural grain. Now a cup printed with Wound UpTM is a true “coffee cup.”
This is the first in a line of intriguing materials from 3Dom USA called the c2renew Composites. More distinctive bio-based products will be released in the near future.
Wound UpTM filament can be printed on any machine capable of printing with PLA using standard PLA settings.
All 3Dom USA 3D printer filament is manufactured in Fargo, North Dakota. Complete control over the manufacturing process ensures consistent quality for every spool.
Variable diameter can cause big problems in your 3D printer. 3Dom USA uses a multi-axis laser measurement system to control our filament diameter and ovality in real time during production. Every spool has the diameter and ovality measurements listed right on the box.
A full 1kg (2.2lbs) of 3Dom USA Wound Up Coffee Filled plastic filament arrives on the Eco-Spool plastic reel and is vacuum sealed with a desiccant packet to keep out any moisture.
The 3Dom USA test lab features multiple brands of 3D printers including MakerBot, LulzBot, FlashForge, and more. 3Dom USA uses what they manufacture to ensure that their filament provides the absolute best quality possible.
