The tеаm dеbutеd itѕ designs аt Dutсh Dеѕign Week frоm October 21 tо 29. Thеу will install the actual flооr in November.

That’s a super nice design and Finnish (in the colored picture)! Such clean lines and detail too! I can’t help but wonder how long it’s going to take doing 15 kilograms an hr going 24/7. That’s a heavy load!! I had NO idea floors were being 3D-printed (other than the bicycle bridge). It would be a good specialty for an artistry/home design store to get into. Making specialty (one off) floor tiles for clients. Maybe?? They can put their own unique touch into each tile or make it all come together for one picture/scene. More jobs for 3D-printers!
3D Printed floors are such an amazing concept which sounds so quick and beautiful method to get highly luring designs that are water-resistant as well. Besides, it’s a promising notion to build floors of places such as museum and hotel etc. Will certainly go a long way!
3d printers are awesome. i always wonder how a machine can build different things on three dimensions. Now the 3d printing on the floor is more awesome.
The floor has a really cool industrial look. The appearance reminds me of the “Epoxy & Flake” floors your would mix and pour for a garage or workshop. Being made of recycled plastic makes this option much more environmentally safe though!
