Large-format additive manufacturing (AM) technology and solutions provider BigRep, is expanding the services it offers to include 3D printing services for customers in North America.
BigRep3D PARTLAB, currently headquartered in a new Boston location for the North American region announced the launch of a 3D printing service to operate and serve customers in the region.
The BigRep 3D PARTLAB facility will open and begin operations on February 10 during the 3D EXPERIENCE® World exhibition in Nashville, TN (February 9-12). The operation aims to cater to manufacturers who cannot afford to bring 3D printing in-house or who cannot yet justify an expansion of their own 3D printing fleet.
BigRep’s 3D printing service will see the deployment of its comprehensive portfolio of additive manufacturing hardware and filaments including the ONE, PRO, EDGE and STUDIO G2 machines, as well as ten filaments ranging from PLA and PETG to PET-CF.
BigRep 3D PARTLAB will offer customized 3D printing services parts including prototypes, tooling, molds and even end-use parts; printed to the customers’ specifications with BigRep’s extensive line of engineering-grade materials.
3D PARTLAB makes the full potential of the company’s technology and expertise in large-format additive available to new customers while offering comprehensive services for BigRep’s industrial customer base across North America.

BigRep’s new headquarters also houses a showroom with a number of the company’s large-format extrusion systems, including the STUDIO G2, ONE, PRO and EDGE platforms, and is available for demos and consultancy.
At 3D EXPERIENCE® World 2020, hosted by Dassault Systèmes, BigRep will present one of its industrial AM systems and innovative printed parts in booth 308.
